On one of the cold weekend of winter, we felt there was no better way to spend a relaxing weekend than on the Chateau Cechtice, 40 miles south-east from Prague. We left Prague in our small car Fiat Panda. We were four girls of all ages and one dog Max. A great combination.

Chateau Cechtice is an early Baroque building with closed courtyard from 17th century. The chateau dominates the Cechtice Village near Benesov. A few years later the Chateau Cechtice was completely reconstructed; the building has preserved the historical character until today, but the chateau is used as business meetings, conferences, and relax center now. There are 6 fully equipped conference rooms available, with seating capacity up to 100 people.

Complete hotel building was furnished according to individual proposal in 2003. The Chateau Cechtice provides 24 two-bed rooms to accommodate 56 persons.  Every room is equipped with individual baths, hairdryer, TV, phone, refrigerator, and minibar. Complete accommodation and cuisine services as well as space for sport - fitness, whirlpool, sauna, and rest room you can find directly inside the chateau.
You can find here a rest in pleasant restaurant with spectacular cuisine, bar during the day with tasty soft and hard drinks or a cup of delicious coffee.
